After serving 17 years of active duty in the Air Force, Chris joined the Air Force Reserves in 1998 and started a career in financial planning and wealth management at Merrill Lynch until he was called to duty after 9/11. After 2 years serving in Afghanistan and Iraq, Chris transitioned to helping others as a Wealth Manager with large, national financial services firms. He retired after 25 total years of service.

Today, Chris Jordheim is the Founder of CoNext Wealth Partners and a dedicated wealth manager with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of their financial lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), Chris specializes in delivering personalized financial strategies designed to align with each client’s unique goals and life aspirations.

In his role, Chris works with individuals, families, and business owners, offering comprehensive financial planning that includes investment management, retirement income strategies, tax-efficient planning, and estate coordination. He takes a holistic approach, focusing on both the technical and emotional aspects of wealth, ensuring clients feel confident and connected to their financial future.

Chris is committed to fostering long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and collaboration, serving as a proactive guide through life’s financial transitions.

In his personal life, Chris enjoys serving on local charitable Boards and is active in the non-profit community. Chris and his wife, Claudine reside in Mars, Pennsylvania with their Yorkie, Bentley. Chris and Claudine enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with their combined four adult children.
